eCLUCH Secures EMEA and MENA Broadcast Rights to Esports World Cup 2026

Paris, June 2026 — eCLUTCH has acquired broadcast rights to the Esports World Cup 2026, bringing one of the biggest events in global competitive gaming to audiences across the Middle East, Africa, the Balkans, Sweden and Switzerland.

The agreement will see eCLUTCH carry live coverage across its EMEA and MENA feeds, with programming available in Arabic and English. Coverage will include a broad slate of major competitive titles, including Call of Duty, COD: Warzone, leading fighting games such as Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, Fatal Fury and others, alongside Trackmania, Rainbow Six, PUBG and PUBG Mobile.

The acquisition marks a further expansion of eCLUTCH’s premium live esports portfolio, as the broadcaster continues to build one of the most extensive dedicated esports offerings across its territories. With more than 4,000 hours of top-tier live coverage scheduled this year, eCLUTCH is positioning itself as a specialist destination for platforms, distribution partners and advertisers seeking professionally packaged esports programming with genuine competitive significance.

The Esports World Cup has rapidly established itself as one of the defining events in the international esports calendar, bringing together elite teams, leading publishers, major competitive titles and some of the most recognizable players in the global scene.

For eCLUTCH, the 2026 edition represents a significant content pillar across both its Middle East and wider EMEA strategy. The inclusion of both Arabic and English coverage is intended to serve established esports audiences while also making the event accessible to more casual sports and entertainment viewers across the region.

“The Esports World Cup 2026 is shaping up to be a record-breaking event, not just in pro-gaming but in live sport as a whole. From 6 July to 23 August, the scale of the competition, the strength of the titles, and the caliber of teams and players involved make this one of the most exciting live broadcast propositions anywhere in global sport. We’re delighted to bring that energy to audiences across our regions through eCLUTCH LIVE 1, eCLUTCH LIVE 2, and eCLUTCH Arabic — delivering world-class esports in English and Arabic across our EMEA and MENA feeds”

Said Sam Butler, Director of Acquisition at eCLUTCH

“We are pleased to partner with eCLUTCH to bring the Esports World Cup 2026 to more audiences across EMEA and MENA. Expanding high-quality broadcast access is an important part of our mission to make elite esports competition more visible, accessible and professionally delivered for fans around the world. eCLUTCH’s regional reach, dedicated esports focus and Arabic and English programming make them a strong partner as we continue to grow the global footprint of the Esports World Cup.”

Added Dennis Kittel, Head of Media Rights at Esports World Cup Foundations

Esports has become an increasingly important category for platforms seeking to reach digitally native audiences, but rights fragmentation, inconsistent production standards and platform-first distribution have often made it difficult for traditional broadcasters and TV platforms to programme at scale.

eCLUTCH’s model is designed to address that gap by aggregating only premium live esports from established rights holders and globally recognised events, localising where appropriate, and delivering them through broadcast-ready feeds across multiple regions. The addition of the Esports World Cup 2026 further supports that strategy, bringing one of the highest-profile global esports properties into eCLUTCH’s live schedule. Coverage details, schedules and platform availability will be announced closer to the event
